  DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will NEVER see the doctor and will see 22 year old Physician Assistants!! The Office Manager is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! After over 15 years, we are leaving and not looking back......

  I was a patient at this facility for over 6 years and never met the Doctor. The Physician's assistants I saw were all pleasant, but the office staff was incredibly rude and condescending and had zero empathy for any of the patients. I'd witnessed a similar situation to mine while waiting in the waiting area in the past, but didn't think much of it...I decided to leave the practice due to the office misrepresenting my health insurance plan and trying to collect a copay that I was not supposed to pay and then on top of that telling me if I did not pay the copay they'd charge me a no show fee more than 2x the copay even though I was standing right in the office early for my appointment. In my opinion this is fraud. The office staff could not explain the reason other than to say it was office policy and refused to let me speak to an office manager. In addition to this, I got a nasty letter in the mail after saying that they were discharging me as a patient. It's hard to believe people who work in a medical facility that deal with the ill day in day out could behave in such an outrageous manner. I highly recommend you stay away from this facility if you'd like to be treated with basic human decency.
